Comfortable and Clean Rooms

My room at Vista Sol was wonderfully appointed, providing just what I needed to relax during my vacation. I stayed in building 2, which had a lovely partial sea view. The housekeeping staff kept everything pristine, and I appreciated the daily maintenance, which included fresh towels and thoughtful touches like treats left for me. It felt very welcoming.

Beautiful Beach and Pools

Exciting Entertainment Programs

The entertainment team at the resort really made my stay fun and engaging! I had a lovely time at Vista Sol with beautiful grounds and some great experiences, but certain aspects fell short of what I expected. The rooms were spacious, and waking up to the ocean view was a joy. However, the dining options were a letdown, especially with the buffet food being often lukewarm. The service left much to be desired, particularly during busy times. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but improvements in dining and service would make a big difference.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with incredible staff who are attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the couple's massage and the service by the pool was fantastic. Unfortunately, the aggressive salespeople on the beach were a bit overwhelming, and there were some nuisances with mosquitoes in the room. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected a bit more.
